LOCATION:

Harriet Hollister Spencer State recreation Area is located at the south end of Honeoye Lake about 45 minutes South of Rochester, NY. We have chosen this park because of it's ability to always have snow. If there isn't any in the city of Rochester there is still a good chance of snow in Harriet.

REGISTRATION:

NEW! All of our snowshoe races are registering online at UltraSignup! Pick and shoose from our whole series of snowshoe races and register for them all at once with a single payment. As always, paper registrations will be available on the day of each race for last-minute registration. Online registration for individual races will close three to five days prior to each race.

COURSE:

The trail system is groomed for x-c skiing both classic and skate which makes for excellent snowshoeing conditions. Do not be fooled we always like to throw in a little ungroomed trail for the adventure.

SNOWSHOES:

Legal minimum size is 120 square inches of coverage. Huh? you ask. Just about any snowshoes on the market for adults is Legal.

PACKET PICK-UP & RACE DAY REGISTRATION

Race day registration and pre-registered pick up will begin at 9:00 am and close at 9:50am on race morning.

Special Note: In an effort to keep cost reasonable we are not giving out any commemorative swag this year. Sorry for disappointing anyone hoping to get something besides a great day with great people. There will be awards and some random prizes still.
